WHO WE ARE
PLACED is a nonprofit organization specializing in adoption education for people of all ages, especially students in schools required to teach Adoption Awareness (Louisiana RS 17:263 for Health Education) or those that desire to create a culture of life.
WHAT WE DO
We seek to normalize adoption through education and awareness by offering interactive and engaging on-site educational programs that utilize a multimodal approach for diverse learners. Our program provides a look into the world of adoption by exploring the options and decisions both birth and adoptive parents face as well as addressing adoption myths and FAQs while incorporating adoption-friendly language.
